FANily Circle Overview

The FANily Circle is

FAN-DC’s community of monthly supporters, people who believe that youth in Ward 8 deserve dependable support, emotional safety, and a village that shows up.

Your monthly gift strengthens our Youth-Focused Peer Operated Center and helps us provide:

• Consistent afterschool programming

• Family support and alumni care

• Hot meals and pantry essentials

• Safe transportation to and from FAN

• Crisis support and case management

• Peer-led, trauma-informed services

At FAN, we don’t talk about “donors.”
We talk about community, connection, and linked hearts.
That’s what the FANily Circle represents.

Monthly giving allows us to stay steady, even when funding fluctuates or needs increase. It helps us:

• Plan with confidence, knowing support is consistent

• Cover the essentials like meals, transportation, and program supplies

• Respond quickly in emergencies, whether a family is facing eviction or a youth needs immediate intervention

• Keep our van running so youth can travel safely and families can receive groceries

• Support alumni and caregivers through moments that require stability and care

• Maintain predictable staffing for trauma-informed programming
